Meditation is an internal practice whose purpose is conscious introspection and deep relaxation.
Through it, the practitioner cultivates a state of mental calm and sustained self-observation, allowing the refinement of the different energy centers and the development of greater self-awareness.
There are many forms of meditation. In our school, we primarily work with Taoist and Buddhist practices, grounded in the principles of bioenergetics, where body, breath, mind, and energy are integrated as a unified whole.
Meditation enhances and deepens the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi at their highest levels, becoming an essential pillar of the path of internal cultivation. It is the space where stillness reveals inner movement and where attention transforms experience.
