Healing began within me.
Since I was young, I have been drawn to movement, discipline, and the mysteries of life.
At 17, I began practicing Jeet Kune Do, combining it with boxing, though I soon realized that true mastery was not only physical—it required inner cultivation. At 18, I discovered Qigong, which opened a door to internal martial arts, meditation, and alternative paths of healing.
Driven by curiosity and the need to go beyond the superficial, I embarked on a self-taught journey of learning. Books became my allies along the way, and through reflection and study, I gradually shaped a life guided by awareness, balance, and diligent practice.
At 24, I formalized my practice through instructor training in Hun Yuan Qigong and Chen-style Tai Chi at the Shenren Institute in Barcelona. Yet the deepest growth came from years of disciplined, immersive practice, exploring not only forms and movements but the subtle connection between body, mind, and energy.
In 2021, I continued this path at the Wutan Institute in Barcelona, spending four years in intensive training, cultivating martial skills, mental focus, and a deeper understanding of internal practices. These years solidified my life approach, shaping a practice grounded in clarity, sobriety, and conscious living.
Today, I guide others to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and explore a path of self-awareness and conscious transformation, drawing on everything I have learned as a lifelong student, practitioner, and explorer.
